He spent the first few years of his professional career in management, sales, and marketing. Johnny started in the real estate industry, working for a flipper. Throughout his 6 years in this role, he sold numerous homes all over Chicagoland, learned contracts, and gained the knowledge to sell in any town. One of his proudest moments in the industry was his fresh take on a renovation in Hinsdale. This vision took his client’s quote from $1.6 Million to $2 Million through a $200,000 renovation.
While Johnny’s clients and closings speak for themselves, his successes have also earned him notable awards and accomplishments. He’s been successful in the short sale segment and has positioned himself as a foreclosure and luxury home expert.
When Johnny isn’t busy working with clients or diving deeper into the design, he enjoys spending time with his family. His young children, Cameron and Kendall, keep him busy and proud. His children are the 4th generation of Kloster’s being raised in Hinsdale. Johnny’s personal hobbies include golfing, NFL, and cars.
